Having a healthy lifestyle with the lifestyle-triangel

Have you ever been in a point in your life where maybe you have worked a lot with a project maybe in your work and health in the gym and you are clearly improving in those areas but something stresses you and you don't know exactly what. I have been in that situation many times and i was feeling stress even if i had great fitness and was making a lot of money in my work, what i learned was that the relationship part of my life was missing, and this can be different from person to person for example maybe you have great relationships and a great job but you never go to the gym or work out, this will make you feel stressed so the best thing to do is to first find out in which part you need to improve, maybe its the relationship part for you or all of them but start to think about it and then take action and improve that part or parts of your life and you will soon feel less stress and become more happy in your day to day life if you have something going on in all of the areas.
